Starting May 1, 2026 our offices will no longer be able to accept cash payments.

When your next payment is due, you can choose from several convenient ways to pay — all designed to save you time and offer better security.

Why are you no longer accepting cash payments?

We’re moving to digital and non‑cash payments to make the process faster, more secure, and more accurate for our clients. This update helps us provide instant payment confirmation and streamline our service.

What if I’ve always paid in cash?

We understand this is a change in routine. Our team is here to walk you through the new options and help you choose the easiest method for your situation.

Can I still pay in person?

Yes — you’re welcome to visit the office. We just ask that payments be made by card or another non‑cash method.

What payment methods can I use now?

You can choose from several easy options, including:

  • Credit or debit card
  • ACH / bank transfer
  • Online or mobile payment portals
  • Mailed checks
  • In‑office card payments

When does this change go into effect?

The update begins on May 1st, 2026.

Does this change affect my coverage?

Not at all. Your coverage, policy terms, and service stay the same — only the way payments are handled is changing.
